• Career and life coaching helps you look within to discover the answers to foundational questions, including “what are my values?”, “who do I want to be?”, and “what do I want to do with my one wild and precious life?”

As your coach, I aim to ask the questions that unlock powerful truths about your goals and purpose, to help you create a roadmap to get from where you are now to where you want to be, and to hold you accountable along the way.

  • If you have a place in your life where you’re looking to make forward progress and have been unable to do so on your own, then coaching is for you. Below are just a few of the areas where I’ve seen clients strongly benefit from coaching:

    • Executives and managers seeking to lead more effectively and authentically

    • Employees looking to improve performance, build confidence, and enhance relationships

    • Individuals looking to develop clarity around life purpose, find balance, or explore change

    • People who feel stuck in a particular situation (career or personal) and unsure how to move past it

  • Each session, you bring the topic you’d like to discuss.

Over the course of a session, I’ll use a questions-based approach to our conversation in order to deepen your understanding of the issue at hand. We’ll draw on a variety of modalities and exercises to help you get crystal clear on what it is that you want and feel empowered to achieve or attain it.

Some topics will span multiple sessions, some will span the course of our coaching relationship, and some will be revisited on-and-off throughout our time together. Sessions can address personal, professional, or leadership topics, and I find they often vary week to week.

  • I offer a 30 minute free consultation to learn more about you, give you a sense of my coaching style, and explore if there’s mutual fit.

Coaching engagements usually last a minimum of 6 months, consisting of an initial 90-minute Discovery Session to design our alliance and get clear on the goals of our coaching, followed by 60-minute sessions held twice/month for a minimum of 6 months. I’ve found this to be the minimum amount of time needed to make real progress through coaching.
